Background The pace of economic development in China is accelerating and the government is taking
steps to rapidly extend regulations and promote sustainable development from conceptual knowledge to
management practice. Private and public sectors are working hard to keep up with the rapidly changing

History OHSA was established in 2003 as the first local based company providing environment, health,
safety and economy consulting services to be registered in China. As much the brief initiator PhD Fermi Wang
has a well background of working with multinationals and local industry as well as government. We
understand the ramifications of China's economic transition and government reform, and apply this
knowledge to assist both domestic and international companies and institutions in achieving practical
solutions to China's environmental issues.
